Your child sleeps all night. So why do they wake up exhausted?
Most kids sleep on a flat adult pillow. It props their small head and neck at the wrong angle for nine hours, chin pushed toward the chest, spine curved. They keep sleeping, but they never settle into the deep rest their body actually needs.
So they clock the hours and still wake up drained. Groggy at breakfast. Slumped at the table. Cranky by 5pm. Called "lazy" or "unfocused" when they were just never rested.
It was never them. It was what their head was resting on.
